Do I need any equipment for these workouts?

All of our classes have been designed to be performed without equipment. We harness the true power of body weight exercise, making The Classical Edit accessible no matter where you are. Some Breathe and Burn classes may involve household items such as towels or a chair/ledge to help with balance, this will be specified in the intro to the session.

Absolutely not, this is a NO TUTU ZONE! Our classes can cater for every level, there will always be options to add intensity or take it away. Our signature BODY class is a great place to start to hone your technique.

Is it safe for me to do class if I'm pregnant or have recently had a baby?

If you are within your first trimester of pregnancy it is safe to take part in classes, providing you take things at a sensible pace that feels good for YOU. Our BUMP classes are coming soon, these are designed specifically for new mums and mums to be.

Yes, we have LIVE classes every week as well as access to an on demand library so you can fit us into YOUR schedule.

It's such a great experience taking the time every week, learning how to pay attention to the movements of my body in a slower, more deliberate way. The consistent work that Kiri does with us every week to maintain and develop our strength has made all of my training much more effective, no matter what type it is.
