Kiri balances her expertise and all her technical knowledge with her fabulous personality that makes her passion for exercise infectious. The blend of various techniques in The Classical Edit means the classes are never monotonous, you are never clock watching and your muscles will definitely feel it the next day!

I absolutely love the training with Kiri - all the exercises are accessible and the virtual instruction is great. There are always multiple variations given, which is helpful if you're just not up for going all the way to your "knife edge"... Or perfect if you're wanting an extra deep burn! She's funny, relatable, and really enthusiastic.
I make a point of joining a class every week, I feel super strong, and actually enjoy the resulting burn!
